Our Story
Fuwamai was founded by two childhood friends, Chef Matthew Darmanin & Ramon Montebello. Their vision is to put a perspective of what a pancake should be, by using the best quality products found in the market and taking street food to the next level.
At Fuwamai we believe in making everything fresh and from scratch. Our past experiences have inspired us to come up with this concept, going beyond all expectations.
Our Vision
Fuwamai's vision is to show what it truly means to consume good, high quality ingredients, without having to rely on ready-made products that consists of toxic additives. Doing this gives us the pleasure of creating delicious goods, serving nothing but the best to our customers.
Unfortunately, it is a known fact that certain catering establishments tend to use ready-made packaged products. Fuwamai stands against this act and promise to deliver top quality. We believe that a soufflé pancake is not just any regular pancake and must be delicately prepared by skilled chefs and served fresh to our customer. The quality of our food is our number one priority!
